SHIPPING:

1. We ship packages via GLS courier or InPost parcel lockers.

2. The shipping cost is displayed at the shipping selection stage and is non-negotiable.

3. If your order exceeds PLN 200, shipping is free! Maybe it's worth considering?

4. Free shipping does not apply to cash on delivery shipments.

5. In exceptional cases, we may refuse to send a cash on delivery shipment.

6. We ship packages within two business days from Monday to Friday, unless it is a public holiday. In that case, you will have to wait a little longer.

7. From the moment the shipment is sent, the courier has 48 hours to deliver your shoes. However, they usually do so within 24 hours.

8. Shipments are delivered only on business days. If we send your package on Friday, unfortunately, the waiting time will be extended by
the weekend.

9. Please check the phone number you provided. The courier may call this number to arrange delivery details, so it is better to make sure it
is correct!

10. We include a receipt or invoice and a return/exchange form with all shipments. If you are missing something, let us know! We will send
everything by email.
