Baltaz, We – Baltaz limited liability company with its registered office in Gdańsk at ul. Nowiec 70, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court of Gdańsk
– Północ in Gdańsk, 7th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000786420, NIP: 9571115965, with the share capital of PLN 5,000.
Account – a user account created in accordance with the Regulations.
Regulations – regulations of the unitednude.pl online store available on the website in the "Regulations" tab
GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data
and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). You – the person using the services provided by unitednude.pl, purchasing goods
via unitednudee.pl or receiving commercial information ordered from us, including the newsletter.

IV. WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA FROM THE MOMENT OF COLLECTION UNTIL DELETION?
A. WHEN YOU SEND US A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
What data do we collect from you? To respond to your request for a quote, we only need your email address. If you provide other data that proves necessary or useful for fulfilling your request for a quote, such as your identification details (name and surname) or contact details (mailing address, phone number), we will also process it.
Why do we process it? To provide you with the commercial information you request.
On what legal basis do we process your data? We process your data to take action at your request before entering into a purchase agreement with us.
How long will we process your data? Your data will be processed until you withdraw your interest in our offer, after we have answered your questions.
Who do we share your data with? Apart from our employees, we do not share your data with anyone. Only our email service provider has access, but this access is limited to storing the data on the email server.
B. WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBE TO THE NEWSLETTER
What data do we collect from you? To send us the newsletter, all we need is your email address. You can enter it here:
a) in the pop-up window that appears after entering blundstone.pl,
b) when creating an Account and
c) when placing an order (both as a guest and using an Account). Why do we process it? To provide you with commercial information about blundstone.pl's current standard product offering, any promotional offers, and discount codes.
On what legal basis do we process your data? We process your data based on your express consent, provided by checking the appropriate checkbox before providing us with your data.
How long will we process your data? Your data will be processed until you withdraw your consent. However, such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Who do we share your data with? We do not share email addresses collected solely for newsletter delivery with anyone, except for MailerLite Sp. z o. o., through which our newsletters are sent.
C. WHEN YOU SHOPPING WITH US
What data do we collect from you? We identify two categories of data that we process when you shop at blundstone.pl:
1) Necessary data: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, shipping address,
2) Additional data: Tax Identification Number, invoice address – if different from the shipping address (if an invoice is requested)
Why do we process it? When you make a purchase at blundstone.pl, we enter into a sales contract with you for the goods we offer. Concluding this contract and fulfilling our obligations under it, including order confirmation and shipping the goods you ordered, would be impossible without you providing the above-mentioned personal data. Failure to provide this data will result in our inability to conclude and fulfill the sales contract.

On what legal basis do we process your data? We process your data because:
a) it is necessary to perform the contract for the sale of goods between us, including the exercise of your rights both during the purchase and during the period of our liability for the goods sold, whether under a guarantee or warranty (handling any complaints and returns);
b) it is necessary for us to fulfil our legal obligations arising from accounting regulations.
How long will we process your data? Your data will be processed for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above, i.e.:
a) during the execution of the concluded contract as well as during the term of our contract
liability for the goods sold, whether under a guarantee or warranty, and longer only in the event that after the expiry of the guarantee or warranty period there will be a dispute between us
a court dispute aimed at determining the scope of our liability towards you;
b) until our tax liabilities related to the sale of goods to you expire, i.e. generally for a period of 5 years from the end of the year in which you purchased the goods through unitednude.pl.
Who do we share your data with? We only share the personal data you provide with entities we work with in our business activities. We have concluded personal data processing agreements with these entities, which adequately protect the data you provide. These entities include:
a) entities supplying goods that we sell
b) entities maintaining our accounting records;
c) entities hosting the blundstone.pl website and providing us with e-mail services
D. WHEN YOU CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON UNITEDNUDE.PL
What data do we collect from you? We collect the same data as when making purchases, but you can add additional data in your Account user panel:
gender identification, payment card number, you also have access to your order history.
Why do we process it? We process the data you save in your Account to provide the service electronically – having an Account simplifies and speeds up the ordering process, as data is automatically retrieved from your Account when placing an order, and the Account also allows you to store your order history.
On what legal basis do we process your data? We process your data because it is necessary to perform the contract between us for the provision of electronic services.
How long will we process your data? Your data will be processed for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose indicated above, i.e., during the performance of the concluded agreement for the provision of electronic services. You can delete your Account at any time and
personal data contained therein.
Who do we share your data with? We share the personal data you provide only with entities with whom we cooperate in conducting business activities. We have concluded personal data processing agreements with such entities, which adequately protect the data you provide. These entities include those hosting the unitednude.pl website and providing us with email services.
V. WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROCESSING
YOUR PERSONAL DATA BY US?
The GDPR gives you a number of rights related to the processing of your personal data. These are briefly described below.
The right to request access to personal data concerning you
You have the right to confirmation as to whether or not we process personal data relating to you, and if so, you have the right to access it and the following information:

If you request access to your personal data
We will provide you with a single copy of the personal data being processed. For any subsequent copies you request, we may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs. If you request a copy electronically, and unless you indicate otherwise, we will provide the information using commonly used electronic means.
The right to request rectification of your personal data. You have the right to request immediate rectification of any inaccurate personal data concerning you. Taking into account the purposes of processing, you also have the right to request that incomplete personal data be completed, including by providing an additional declaration.
The right to request the deletion of personal data concerning you (the so-called "right to be
forgotten")
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data without delay, and we are obliged to delete your personal data without undue delay if one of the following circumstances applies:
a) your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
b) your consent to the processing of personal data has been withdrawn and we have no other legal basis for processing;
c) Your personal data was processed unlawfully.
The right to request restriction of processing.
You have the right to request that we restrict processing in the following cases:
a) you question the accuracy of your personal data – for a period allowing us to
check the accuracy of this data;
b) the processing is unlawful and you oppose the deletion of your personal data, requesting instead that their use be restricted;
c) we no longer need the personal data for processing purposes, but you need them to establish, pursue or defend legal claims;
d) we have received an objection from you under Article 21(1) of the GDPR to processing (see below) – until we determine whether our legitimate grounds override the grounds for your objection.
The right to object to processing
You have the right to object at any time - for reasons related to your particular situation - to the processing of your personal data based on
on the necessity of processing data for the purposes of our legitimate interests. If you file such an objection, we will no longer
may process your personal data unless we demonstrate the existence of compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or grounds for establishing, pursuing or defending claims.
The right to data portability
You have the right to receive it in a structured, commonly used and readable format.

If you believe that your rights related to personal data protection have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

unitednude.pl uses performance cookies, which are used to collect information about how the website is used to make it work better, and functional cookies, which allow it to "remember" user settings (e.g. language, products added to the cart).
