We can only make changes to your order before your purchases are prepared for shipping. After this stage, we cannot cancel the item, change the size, or edit your billing or shipping information. Please note that we cannot combine orders or add additional items to an existing order once it has been placed.

You don't need to create an account to place an order; you can checkout as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account to use the following features:

• Faster checkout – checkout quickly as we'll have all the delivery details for your order (except your card details, which you'll need to enter for every order).
• Track your order status – log in to your account to see if your items have been shipped.
• View Order History – See what products/sizes you have previously purchased through your Unitednude.com account.
• Sign up for email updates – Be the first to know about special offers and new products with our email updates.

You can use the Przelewy24 payment gateway, which supports all the most popular payment methods on the Polish market. We take the security of your personal data very seriously and ensure that your information is safe with us.

You can update your personal information by logging into your United Nude account and selecting "MY ACCOUNT" in the upper right corner of the page. You can then edit your information.

You can create an account at any time. Simply select "LOG IN" at the top of the screen, then "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" at the bottom of the window, and fill in the requested information.

If you've forgotten your United Nude account password, click the login button in the upper left corner of the page and select "Forgot your password?" to complete the password request form. Simply enter the email address you used to register your account, and a new password will be sent to that address. Once you've logged in with the password we sent you, you can change it to any other password you prefer.

Check your "Order History" in your United Nude account. If you have an order number, verify that your email address is correct and check your spam folder. However, if no recent order is listed, the process failed.

In the event that the courier company is unable to deliver a package to the provided shipping address and the undelivered package is not collected within 7 days at the designated local collection point, United Nude is not responsible for return-to-sender costs. Furthermore, United Nude is not responsible for re-shipping the item to the customer. The customer is responsible for return-to-sender fees and re-shipping costs resulting from the failed delivery.

Online shopping scams involve fraudsters impersonating legitimate online retailers by using fake ads or websites that look like well-known stores. Many scammers imitate reputable retailers by using familiar logos, stolen images, and URLs that can easily be mistaken for the real thing. To the untrained eye, these sites typically appear safe. Be aware of the warning signs below to protect yourself from scams.

Warning signals:

1. The URL of this website looks suspiciously similar to the official address of the real seller. Avoid lookalike domains by manually entering the seller's URL in your browser. The real URL of United Nude is https://www.unitednude.pl .
2. The website has an amateur look and the images are grainy and/or outdated.
3. The website offers products at incredibly low prices. Compare prices for the same product on other online stores. If the product price is significantly lower than on other sites, it's most likely a scam.
4. The website contains limited and/or incorrect contact information. Verify the online seller's physical address, support email address, and phone number using Google search. Fake websites typically provide an address that leads to a random location or an email address that uses a random account domain instead of the company domain. The legitimate United Nude customer service email address in Poland is info@unitednude.pl. All legitimate United Nude email addresses in Poland end with @unitednude.pl.

Reporting suspicious behavior

If you identify a fraudulent website, you can report it to Google or Microsoft , as well as the agencies below. Please provide as much detail as possible about why you believe the site is fake.

• Federal Trade Commission (FTC): Report a complaint to the FTC , which handles complaints about unfair or unethical business practices. For up-to-date information on other types of potential scams, see FTC Scams | Consumer Advice .
• Internal Revenue Service (IRS): Report IRS impersonation scams to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration or call 800-366-4484. If you believe you may owe taxes, contact the IRS directly at 800-829-1040.

What to do if you fall victim to a fake website:

If you suspect you have given your information or money to a fraudulent shopping site, follow these steps:

• Immediately contact your bank or credit card issuer to report the unauthorized transaction and request a reversal. Let them know that a fraudster has accessed your accounts. Many financial companies offer fraud protection, which covers certain transactions made without your consent.
• If you entered any account information (social media, email, banking, etc.) while using a fake website, change your passwords and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your accounts secure.
• If you've been a victim of online shopping fraud, file a report. Not only will this increase your chances of catching the scammers, but your bank, credit card company, or insurance company will likely request a copy of your report before paying out any compensation.
